Our Healthy Mind and Body group offers support to young people aged 11-16 who are concerned about being overweight. The Healthy Mind and Body group provides a safe, confidential environment for young people to discuss their issues, share their experiences and work towards coping with problems. As well as providing emotional support and guidance, the group works together to achieve a healthy weight through physical activities and healthy food choices. The group meets on Thursday evenings. New attendees may have to wait for the next group to start.
